Innovation and Commitment Since 1997

Founded in 1997, SIBYEN began as a small company with a big vision: to market innovative water management technologies. Over time, we expanded into the environmental sector, providing logistics services and specialized equipment solutions, with a particular focus on roll-off equipment.

Expansion and Consolidation

​

In 2009, we relocated our operations to Houston, Texas, where we strengthened our logistics business and equipment distribution activities, primarily serving the Oil & Gas industry.

In 2012, we expanded our operations into Mexico, providing services at the Ports of Altamira and Tampico. This expansion allowed us to diversify our offerings and begin marketing geosynthetic products for soil stabilization and erosion control applications.

Specialization and New Horizons

​

In 2013, we launched a specialized division dedicated to offshore project supplies, including the representation of shipyards and marine construction facilities throughout Latin America. Our activities covered a wide range of sectors, including vessels, flotels, offshore platforms, and modular units.

At the same time, we began renting and representing modular units, barges, and tugboats across various regions of the Gulf of Mexico.

Continuous Growth

​

In 2015, we celebrated the sale of our 100th piece of equipment, serving high-demand industries such as Environmental Services and Oil & Gas.

In 2017, we expanded our logistics coverage to California, creating new business opportunities and strengthening our service network.

Innovation and Strategic Partnerships

​

In 2019, we took an important step forward by introducing patented technologies to the California market, reinforcing our commitment to innovation and advanced solutions.

In 2021, we successfully executed key projects for the Oil & Gas sector in both Mexico and the United States, further solidifying our international presence.

That same year, we established strategic partnerships with Grupo ALCAN in the areas of importation and commercialization, enhancing and expanding our portfolio of services.

Also in 2021, we began operations as the Chartering Office for the tugboat Huracán, which operates throughout the waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

In 2023, we partnered with Alcanto support the distribution and delivery of ESP (Electric Submersible Pump) cables throughout the Permian Basin region of Texas.
